CHEESE production processes are set to take a quantum leap forward, thanks to new sensor technologies jointly developed by research teams at Teagasc, UCD and the University of Kentucky.

MORE than 500 secondary school students have visited Teagasc food and agricultural research centres as part of the organisation’s busy programme of activities for Science Week 2006.
