A bumper weekend of racing is in store in Cork as the 2017 Irish Rowing Championships take place at the National Rowing Centre from tomorrow through to Sunday. 

Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI) is seeking to have a sewage outfall point in Killarney, Co Kerry, relocated downriver of one of the town’s famous lakes.

SUFFICIENT land for about 1,000 further houses in Killarney has been zoned by the local town council — despite strong reservations by the Department of the Environment and the National Roads Authority.
