Sixteen police officers were injured in rioting in Belfast in the wake of the Twelfth of July Orange Order parades.

Police in the North have come under attack for the second consecutive night as violence flared following Orange Order parades in Belfast.

A number of petrol bombs were discovered overnight and two street surveillance cameras damaged in an interface area of east Belfast.

A security camera which nationalists say is being used to spy upon them was fired at and tyres were burned around its base, police revealed today.
