Two men have been jailed after a savage golf club attack on a man as he celebrated his daughter’s christening.

The High Court has ruled that the Health and Safety Authority is not entitled to conduct an investigation into a road traffic accident in Co Donegal which resulted in the death of a 22-year-old woman.

The Health and Safety Authority has argued before the High Court that it is legitimately entitled to conduct an investigation into a road traffic accident in Co Donegal that claimed the life of a 22-year-old woman.

Donegal County Council have commenced High Court proceedings aimed at preventing the Health and Safety Authority from conducting an investigation into a road traffic accident which claimed the life of a young woman.

A woman has died in a road traffic accident in Co Donegal, when the car in which she was travelling in left the road.
