Gardaí investigating criminal activity in Dublin released three men without charge yesterday evening.

A father of two charged with the murder of Elaine O’Hara, whose remains were found in the Dublin mountains, was refused bail in the High Court yesterday.

A retired member of the Garda Special Branch has been remanded for sentence for drunk driving causing death and for failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
