Ian Bailey has made a formal complaint that his phone could have been tapped for 16 years since he first became the prime suspect for the murder of French film-maker Sophie Toscan du Plantier in west Cork in 1996.

A TEAM of detectives and forensic scientists arrived in Cork yesterday afternoon to interview a number of witnesses in connection with the murder, 15 years ago, of French documentary filmmaker Sophie Toscan du Plantier.
