A WOMAN who told the High Court yesterday she had rescued three of her children from her burning home has begun an action for damages against Dublin City Council.

A murder suspect, who was refused compassionate bail to attend his grandfather’s funeral this weekend, was unable to tell the High Court todday what his dead relative’s address was.
