A dispute between residents of a Dublin housing estate and family members of the late businessman Jim Mansfield Snr. concerning the management of the estate's common areas has come before the High Court.

A separated couple with a €1.5m Spanish holiday home have agreed to sell one of two Dublin properties they own in order to settle a €2m mortgage debt with KBC bank.
