A few years ago on a visit to Chile I went for a swim in the Pacific Ocean at 7pm on a warm evening in mid-December, it was a little bracing but also blissfully refreshing.

This week, a focus on Chile which is rather overdue given that Chile now holds 27% of the Irish wine market (and growing).

This week I want to re-visit an old favourite — a wine producer that I suspect is familiar to every wine drinker in the country.
