A couple accused of killing their six children in a house fire in the UK have denied charges of manslaughter.

A Limerick teenager has been jailed for five years at the Central Criminal Court for his role in the stabbing of his former school friend over two years ago.

A 21-year-old Limerick man who was jailed for life for the murder of a Ukrainian teenager was sentenced to four years in prison for assaulting a 15 year-old youth in the same attack at the Central Criminal Court today.
