Following a 13-day trial at Limerick Circuit Court, a man was yesterday found guilty of abducting the son of a Limerick postmistress and his friend.

A man accused of abducting the son of a Limerick post mistress dyed his hair some days after the incident, a jury heard yesterday.

The son of a Limerick postmistress had a gun put to his head when armed and masked raiders entered his home, a court heard.
