A WELSH judge has ordered that the name and address of a notorious north Dublin paedophile convicted of sexually abusing a number of orphans be made public.

A court today sent the former leader of the Ku-Klux-Klan in Britain for sentence at crown court for racially harassing a shopkeeper following the September 11 attacks.
