Iranian and Russian engineers began loading fuel into Iran’s first nuclear power plant today.

Former Russian Nuclear Energy Minister Yevgeny Adamov was arrested at the request of US officials who have demanded his extradition, a Swiss official said today.

Iran has suspended its enrichment of uranium and has accepted additional inspections of its nuclear facilities, a senior official said today.
