Two men have been found guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court of conspiracy to possess drugs three years ago.

A man on trial for conspiracy to possess drugs has claimed he dropped a car, in which a large amount of drugs was later found, off at a west Dublin car park as a favour for “Mr Martin Hyland”.

A forensic scientist has told a jury at the trial of two men accused of conspiracy to possess drugs that there is “strong support” to show that one of the men had been in contact with a car containing a large amount of drugs.
