AN innocent Dubliner shot during a bar-room dispute in Spain last month was described as “gentle giant” and “a big softie” at his funeral Mass yesterday.

The Chief Celebrant at the funeral of John O'Neill, the Irishman shot dead in Spain recently, said today that he was an innocent victim of an incident in which he had no part.
