A 29-year-old man accused of the murder of Gareth Hutch, who was shot dead getting into his car outside his home in Dublin, has been sent forward for trial to the Special Criminal Court.

A 29-year-old man charged with unlawful possession of a handgun in connection with the murder of Gareth Hutch in Dublin has been further remanded in custody pending the preparation of a book of evidence.
