A mother who lost her only child in a horrific collision has said she forgives the driver of the car that smashed into her family.

The heartbroken mother of an eight-year-old girl killed by the dangerous driving of an unaccompanied learner driver wished him a long life lived to the fullest with her beautiful daughter watching over him.
