Swedish police have found two bags of inflammable liquids at an asylum centre that housed an Eritrean man who stabbed two people to death at an Ikea furniture store.

A Swedish prosecutor filed murder charges against a German woman in a hammer attack that left two toddlers dead and their mother with serious injuries.

Two young children were killed and their mother seriously injured after being stabbed in their home in central Sweden, police said today.

Several people were killed when a bus swerved off a road and overturned in central Sweden, a police spokesman said.
