THREE members of a family died from carbon monoxide poisoning due to smoke inhalation, following a fire in their two-storey farmhouse at Annagh, Castlemaine, Co Kerry, assistant state pathologist Dr Margot Bolster told an inquest in Tralee, yesterday.
