Latest: Gunmen opened fire on a passenger bus bringing Hindu pilgrims back from a cave shrine in Indian-controlled Kashmir, killing at least seven of them, including five women, and wounding 14 others.

At least eight people were killed and 12 seriously injured today when suspected Islamic militants lobbed a grenade and opened fire on a group of Hindu pilgrims in disputed Kashmir, Indian police said.
