Irish oil-and-gas exploration company, PetroNeft Resources, remains open to selling part or all of its interest in one of its chief Russian licences, where a fresh drilling round is taking place.

Activist investor Natlata Partners has reiterated its call for an overhaul of Irish exploration firm PetroNeft Resources’ board of directors.

Irish exploration firm, PetroNeft Resources has reported a full-year, pre-tax loss of just under $8.4m (€7.5m) for 2014, down by around 27% on the previous year’s $11.5m total.
