A High Court judge today dismissed an action by a former manager at the K Club and ruled he had not been threatened at Punchestown races seven years ago.

The twin sister of the former K Club manager who alleges he was threatened at Punchestown races has told the High Court when she met him over two months later he was full of fear.

Millionaire businessman Dr Michael Smurfit has been excused from attending the High Court this week to give evidence in the case of a former K Club manager who alleges he was threatened at Punchestown Races.
