A suicide car bomber struck a building where police interrogate high-value suspects in Pakistan’s eastern city of Lahore today, killing at least 11 people and wounding scores more including women and children heading to school.

Authorities arrested six suspected Taliban militants with a suicide vest and hand grenades allegedly on their way to attack a five-star hotel and kill Americans in Pakistan's cultural capital, said police.
