An out-of-work dance teacher, who made unfounded allegations that he was sexually assaulted by X-Factor judge Louis Walsh, was jailed today for six months.

An unemployed dance teacher has been sentenced to six months in jail for falsely accusing 'X Factor' judge Louis Walsh of groping him in a nightclub.

The State Pathologist, Dr Marie Cassidy, told a murder trial at the Central Criminal Court today that the death of an ex-soldier from Sligo could have been partially caused by a heavy “stamp” to the head.
