At least 22 people were killed and dozens more injured today as two bombs exploded in Pakistan’s largest city, one outside a hospital treating casualties from the first attack.

At least 11 people were killed today when a bomb exploded next to a bus carrying Shia worshippers in the south of Pakistan, officials said.
