BRITISH exchange student Meredith Kercher may not have been sexually assaulted on the night she was murdered, according to reports.

THE newest suspect in the killing of a student in Perugia admits he was in the woman’s room the night she died but says he didn’t kill her and an Italian who is trying to frame him did, his lawyer said yesterday.
