THE family of an Irishman who was left brain damaged after being assaulted in Australia last night expressed their relief after a second man was sentenced for the attack.

A FAMILY has spoke of their “living hell” after a vicious attack in Sydney two years ago left Irishman David Keohane in a wheelchair with severe brain damage.

A FIFTH man has appeared in an Australian court charged over the assault of Corkman David Keohane in August 2008.
