Eurovision winner Conchita Wurst was sent a bouquet of flowers by Sir Elton John in recognition of the song contest triumph.

Latin crooner Julio Iglesias has backed Conchita Wurst saying the Eurovision winner was “a super singer”.

In the end, Wurst was voted the best.
