AN FBI agent said the mystery of two Oregon girls who disappeared from their apartment complex appeared to be solved after officials searching a neighbour's home identified the body of one girl and found a set of remains.

A second set of human remains has been found at the US home of a man who has said he is the prime suspect in the disappearance of two teenage girls, police said.
