This lovely little film picked up the Oscar for Best Animated Short last night.

Coming from Maynooth, the home of Ireland’s clerical elite, Laura Jayne Halton would have seen a fair few frocks in her youth — mostly worn by male clerics.

Head Over Heels is the name of the film that could bring her Oscar glory but it also describes how a young Co Kerry filmmaker feels about being nominated for the industry’s biggest awards.
