A REMARKABLE football year for University College Cork could have an ending to match on December 4.

DIVISIONAL forces have been commonplace in Cork and Kerry senior championships for several years but embracing the concept in Tipperary has led to an unlikely football success story.

BORRISOKANE landed the Tipperary IHC crown yesterday and ensured that no fewer than 12 teams from the North division are eligible for senior fare in 2011.
