A three-storey building housing 200 tiny works of art has been transformed into a Museum of Miniature for one week as part of Skibbereen Arts Festival.

ONE of Ireland’s most southerly communities has become the Island of Paint and Scholars after the first graduates of an offshore degree programme earned their scrolls yesterday.
