Egyptian Warrior can continue Aidan O’Brien’s good run with his National Hunt horses by landing the Barna Recycling Rated Novice Hurdle at Galway this afternoon.

Aidan O’Brien saddled his seventeenth winner of the National Hunt campaign when Egyptian Warrior landed the opening novice hurdle at Clonmel yesterday.

Knockcroghery, successful on the flat at Bellewstown on Friday night, made a quick return to action at Limerick yesterday and landed The At The Races Rated Hurdle.

Kevin Prendergast, who recently celebrated his 80th birthday, has clearly lost none of the magic and was on the mark at Galway last night when Vastonea landed the featured Topaz Mile.

Successful twice on the flat recently and having only his second outing over fences this year, the Philip Fenton-trained Caim Hill landed the €50,000 Gigginstown House Midlands National in Kilbeggan last night.
