BOSNIA’S main Muslim, Croat and Serb parties agreed to form a central government yesterday, ending a 14-month political crisis that paralysed the state and blocked further EU integration.

British Ambassador Matthew Rycroft will today lead a delegation of high-ranking international and local officials who will visit a mass grave believed to contain the bodies of dozens of Srebrenica massacre victims found in north-eastern Bosnia, the British embassy said.
