AN Uzbek father-of-two who was stabbed in a Cork suburb on New Year’s Eve died from total organ failure after losing a huge amount of blood, a coroner’s court was told yesterday.

A woman has appeared in Cork District Court today charged with causing serious harm to her husband in a New Year’s Eve incident, following which he died.

GARDAÍ have charged a 35-year-old woman in connection with the death of an Uzbek man following an incident in a Cork suburb on New Year’s Eve.
