The killer of schoolgirl Tia Sharp will be sentenced for her murder today after suddenly changing his plea mid-trial.

The barrister representing the man who killed schoolgirl Tia Sharp has told a court today that his client "probably did love" his 12-year-old victim.

Tia Sharp's mother accused Stuart Hazell of breaking "the ultimate trust" she had given him when he brutally murdered the schoolgirl.
