DIRECTORS’ pay at United Drug shot up by 67% last year, the company’s annual report for 2004 reveals.

United Drug director Stephen Simms has raised over €150,000 with the sale of more than half of his shares in the pharmaceutical wholesaler.

Sangers Wholesale, a subsidiary of Northern pharmaceutical group United Drug, has announced that its managing director, Stephen Simms, has stepped down, with his replacement to be announced early next year.
