Dublin criminal and serial child abuser Stephen "Rossi" Walsh has been refused an enlargement of time to appeal convictions for rape and defilement of a child.

Dublin criminal Stephen 'Rossi' Walsh who is currently serving a ten-year sentence for rape has received a further three years in prison for simulating sex on a seven-year-old girl over twenty years ago.

Convicted rapist Stephen 'Rossi' Walsh has been found guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court of simulating sex on a seven-year-old girl more than 20 years ago.
