Crisps and snacks company Tayto has been on the acquisition trail again.

TAYTO GROUP, the Northern Ireland-based snack foods business has formally acquired the British-based Golden Wonder snack group.

Two of the brands rescued from crisp maker Golden Wonder were sold on to the owner of Hula Hoops and KP nuts today.
