eMobile has announced that it is to sell the iPhone 4 from today.

A CONSUMER watchdog has warned Eircom it may lose customers and see others ditch their land lines for mobiles after the telecommunications giant announced it was hiking prices by an average of 3%.

Eircom today confirmed plans to implement a number of changes to current call charges with most customers to see an increase in charges of about 3%.

Dublin: Eircom has confirmed that it will amalgamate its mobile (Meteor) and retail operations in the coming months and simplify its “customer facing” units into consumer/small business, government /enterprise and wholesale.

Eircom has today announced a number of organisational changes which has seen Meteor CEO Larry Smith leave the company.
