Astronomers have found 32 new planets outside the solar system, adding to the theory that the universe has many places where life could develop.

EUROPEAN researchers say they have discovered a batch of three “super-Earths” orbiting a nearby star, and two other solar systems with small planets as well.

An Earth-like planet that could be covered in oceans and may support life has been discovered outside the Solar System.
