Foreign nationals living in Ireland may be drink-driving because they are depressed about missing their families, it was claimed tonight.

THE Polish community in Ireland was in mourning yesterday after a building in southern Poland collapsed killing 66 people and injuring more than 200.

Talks between Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and the Polish Prime Minister, Lezek Millar, were cancelled today after Mr Millar was involved in a helicopter crash near Warsaw.
