WILLIE Mullins was handed a timely boost with the victory of Ballytrim in the Powers Ulster Grand National EBF Handicap Chase, part of a treble at Downpatrick yesterday.

THE layers got a screamer of a result in the Glen Chase at Thurles yesterday when 33-1 shot Florida Express beat 5-4 favourite Scotsirish and there was certainly no fluke about it.
