A Danish movie about a gay love affair between two members of a neo-Nazi group won top honours at the Rome Film Festival, while Helen Mirren won the best actress award.

Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes), heir to the Telmarine throne, escapes an assassination attempt orchestrated by his despicable uncle Miraz (Sergio Castellitto) and sidekick General Glozelle (Pierfrancesco Favino).

A curious film this, in that it has been presented as a quality product packed with goodness and style and beauty - which, in a way, it is - yet ends up as empty and with no lasting memories.
