Scallop fishermen in the south east have said they're not ruling out the possibility of causing disruption to the Tall Ships Race in protest at EU fishing restrictions.

SEAN RADFORD says the bank will repossess his trawler and he will lose his home if the Government fails to help scallop fishermen.
