The Great Britain and Northern Ireland team for the World Cross Country Championships in Dublin has been named following the British Inter-Counties Championships in Nottingham on Saturday.

After surprising not only himself but top Ethiopian star Dagne Alemu when winning yesterday’s Race of Ireland International Cross Country, Matt O’Dowd wants even more races against foreign opposition.
