A couple embroiled in a legal battle with their neighbours over a hedge are now facing a massive legal bill after they yesterday lost their case.

One of the neighbours involved in a court battle over a hedge and laneway yesterday told the High Court the Four Courts was the last place on Earth he wanted to be.
