TADHG KENNELLY yesterday revealed the role Sydney Swans coach Paul Roos played in his decision to return to the AFL after winning an All-Ireland with Kerry.

TADHG KENNELLY has approached the GAA about setting up a retirement fund for inter-county footballers and hurlers similar to that in operation by the Australian Football League.

Former Kerry footballer Tadhg Kennelly will play in his second AFL Grand final next Saturday after helping the Sydney Swans to a 127-92 win over Fremantle in the early hours of this morning.
