A move to Paul Nicholls from Robert Alner’s and a breathing operation have seemingly transformed Trust Fund, who bossed his rivals from the front in the Weatherbys Bank Silver Buck Handicap Chase at Wincanton.

David Pipe reached a personal milestone as he sent out Wise Owl, Ocean Pride and Dada Cup to come home first, second and third in division one of the Somerset Community Foundation Maiden Hurdle at Taunton.

Two further entries were revealed for Saturday’s Agfa UK Hurdle at Sandown after the race was reopened.
