A new £44m (€50m) college campus in Belfast will support 400 construction jobs, its developers pledged today.

The Ulster Bank has been selected as the financial backer for the first phase of the £3bn (€4.4bn) Titanic Quarter on Belfast’s waterfront, it announced today.
